THE HOLY GRAIL OF SPONSORING – THE TRUTH.
The greatest challenge for anyone entering the world of Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)/Network Marketing/Affiliate
Marketing/Get Paid Today type of business is that of lead generation, or prospecting for leads.
Well, Duh!
Seriously, think about it.
If every novice who started instantly recruited their 5 frontline, those 5 etc. … everyone was making money ….
sponsoring was a piece of pie… Why would anyone quit?
The inescapable truth is EWQCS: Everyone who quits can’t sponsor!
Dress it up how you like, but when all’s said and done, that’s the invariable – if unpalatable – truth.
Therefore your ideal recruit is someone who can sponsor. Accurately speaking, anyone else is a temporary diversion.
Remember, you are looking for a handful of people, literally just that, who are as serious about their business as you
are. However, to find them, you’ll need to speak to as many as it takes, working with the serious few that emerge as
colleagues on a mutual quest.
So, what to do?
Firstly, be honest with them – make sure they’re OK with that. Secondly, OFFER A SOLUTION!
Pardon?
That’s right, a solution. People will join you only if they believe they will be successful.
